If you have been the victim of bullying or have witnessed an incident, you may click on the "Be Safe" logo below. This logo is a link to an on-line reporting system. No one will see your information except for Mrs. Chadwick and/or Mr. O'Rear. These reports will be followed up by strategies that will help create a safe environment for everyone at HMS!

Need an ear?
Everyone, at some time or another, needs someone who will listen. We have created a confidential way for you to share your thoughts, fears, concerns, etc. with Mrs. Chadwick, Mr. O'Rear, or any other faculty/staff member you may feel comfortable with. After clicking the link provided, you will log-in with your school ID and password. You will then click "start new thread". Give it a name and start typing. The only people who will see it are those listed on your screen. If you want other adults added (or some taken off) just let Mr. O'Rear know and he can fix it up!! Once you submit a post, those listed on your page will receive an e-mail notifying them of your submission. They will then be able to go on-line and respond. Sometimes it is really hard to share personal things "in person". This is a way you can have an outlet by talking about things that are bothering you and having someone to share it with with being embrassed. No one will ever approach you about what you share unless it is dangerous. We will ask your permission to talk in person before we approach you. If you need an ear...we are here to listen.
